You can also find less-precious (but stylish) sets of everyday flatware for far less than, say, discount store prices.  Estate Sales by Rajean helps their clientele sell all of their housewares, including silver wear, dishes, glasses and pots an pans.​ Furniture: Older can absolutely be better when it comes to furniture, particularly when we’re talking about pieces like bureaus, tables and shelving units. You’ll find great solid wood furniture that’s been lovingly kept up at these sales, for what you’d pay at a discount store.  Think of Estate Sales by Rajean as your local furniture outlet.​ Dishware: Whether it’s fine china or a fine piece to eat take-out on, you can find dishes at a steal at an Estate Sales by Rajean Sale.  We sell all types of china from everyday wear to high end collectible sets.​ Glassware:  You can find colorful vintage pieces, plain old pint glasses, beer steins, shot glasses and more at an Estate Sales by Rajean Sale.  We sell both glasses that are for regular use and collectible pieces which can be either used or put on display.Fine and Costume Jewelry: Not every estate sale will have that lost 3 carat diamond ring mixed in with the costume jewelry but if you like bling, you can get great deals on individual items and sometimes bags full of rings, necklaces, bracelets and more.  Estate Sales by Rajean appraises all jewelry before putting it out for sale at fair prices both for our clients and for the buyer. Tools: One of the hottest items at an Estate Sales by Rajean event are quality tools at low prices. Some of the items we sell are saws, hammers, nails, screwdrivers, electric drills, compressors and much more.   Though the items are sold as is, most of the time you will find a fair value in any item you will purchase. ​Lawn and Garden:  Estate Sales by Rajean are lawn and garden equipment experts.   While many other Estate Sale companies tend to stay away from these items, we know how to easily identify the highest quality resell items and package them at fair prices both for our clients and customers.    Estate Sales by Rajean sells: lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, seeders, and much more!

How We Begin...

​One of our expert Estate Sales by Rajean team members, will first make an appointment that would conveniently fit the potential clients schedule. At the initial in-home meeting, our staff will make an assessment of time that would be needed to prepare and stage the house.  We will discuss available dates which, are convenient for the client. Once dates are agreed upon by both parties for the estate sale to be conducted by Estate Sales by Rajean and its expert Estate Liquidating team, we will then go over in detail our simple contract with our new client. The agreement is signed, and the details hashed out.   We then will make arrangements to photograph Estate and Liquidation items and send the information and photos to our marketing department to start the advertising process right away for maximum exposure and potential sales. Our company works on a percentage bases and receives no upfront fees or any monies from its clients. We do not get paid if our clients do not get paid. We are in this together so that we can make your Estate or Liquidation Sale the best it can be! ​
